Charlie's reviews are archived below:

Local Natives - »Hummingbird«
Have they ever heard of Magma? This is Magma 2000. Builds to a mind-blowing crescendo. Punkte: 9

Concrete Knives - »Be Your Own Kind«
Ok. Back to sanity. Maybe too much reality. Nice retro tune. Punkte: 6

Blackmail - »II«
This is something we used to call power pop. If I heard this on the radio I would definitely listen to it. Whatever it is, it is classy. Punkte: 7

Buke and Gase - »General Dome«
The children of The Shaqs. Love it! Punkte: 10

Bad Religion - »True North«
I love Bad Religion! But on this one there’s far too much high-end. Engineeric guitars. Obviously aimed at the mundane masses. I expected better. Punkte: 4

Tomahawk - »Oddfellows«
This is more my bag. The kind of music I like to hear in the clubs that we play in. Mike Patton always had great vocals. Punkte: 9

Voigt & Voigt - »Die zauberhafte Welt deer Anderen«
Wow. I’ve just made some tunes with Captain Sensible of The Damned. One tune sounds a lot like this. We made it on an iPhone… Punkte: 6

A$AP Rocky - »Long.Live.A$AP«
Fine fucking production! Good one. Keeps you interested until the end. Fine fucking effects. Punkte: 9

grafzahl - »Der Rückzug ins Private«
Kinderpunk. Very pleasant. Punkte: 5

Jeans Team - »Das ist Alkomerz«
Lederhosen-slapping carnival tunes. Makes me smile. Punkte: 4

Charlie Harper (UK Subs)
