Recorded live at The Lyceum, London, on 15th July 1979, produced by Nicky Garratt.
Included wth both the purple and black vinyl pressings of Crash Course and described as coming free with the initial release of the first 30,000, copies appear all the time on ebay and other websites on their own.
Pressed on black vinyl only, initial copies come with a picture sleeve, but later ones have a plain paper sleeve.
Whilst entitled For Export Only, this release was only available with the UK pressing.
An intriguing point to consider is that early press ads for Crash Course described it a "Free 12" EP single for manic depressives".
It is unclear as to whether this was a comment on the release, or the original, unused title for the EP, as For Manic Depressives obviously has the same opening word usage as For Export Only!
