The Time & Matter website editors are extremely proud to present some fabulously rare pictures of Charlie Harper from the early to late 1960s.

As far as the editors of Time & Matter are aware, there have seldom, if ever (?) been any photos published of Charlie Harper prior to his U.K. Subs days. We are therefore extremely grateful to Charlie for giving us his permission to share these glimpses into his earlier life.
